Shipping policy

Processing Times: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive tracking information via email within 1–2 business days after your label is created.
USPS Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes. Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency and does not deliver or operate on national holidays.

Please note: Fashionably Us Inc is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to Fashionably Us Inc and cannot be refunded or resent.

Tracking Information 

Since the customer will receive tracking information via email when the label is created, tracking information is not available right at the moment of purchase and takes 1-2 days or sooner for the customer to receive it.

Please note shipping fulfillment can be delayed on holidays and on sale days due to large number of orders. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Fashionably Us Inc is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We strongly recommend selecting shipping protection at checkout for added peace of mind. If your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us at fashionablyus@yahoo.com and we will work with USPS to investigate.

 If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Unclaimed or Refused Packages: Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal will not be refunded or reshipped. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. If you believe there was an error, contact us within 5 business days of the return notification.
