Refund policy

⚠️ Important: Our return window is 2 days from delivery confirmation. We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. Damage or incorrect item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos sent to fashionablyus@yahoo.com.


All sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Return Requests

To request a return, customers must contact us at info@fashionablyus.net within 2 days of delivery confirmation. Return requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. **Buyer’s remorse is not a valid return reason.**

 

Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of odors, stains, makeup, pet hair, or damage

  • With original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will be denied and returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Apparel and undergarments

  • Lingerie

  • Fashion jewelry

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Tumblers, tote bags, and lunch bags

  • Beauty or personal care products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and packaging. Claims submitted outside this time frame will not be reviewed.

Damage caused during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude original shipping, handling, and any applicable restocking fees. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to inspection.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage customers to contact us at fashionablyus@yahoo.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the dispute being contested with documentation of our policy agreement at the time of purchase.
